The Fibre Snob’s Prayer.

Angora, which feels like heaven,
Haloed be thy yarn.
Thy cashmere come,
Thy mohair bloom
On us, as it does on goat backs.
Give us this day our daily wool
And forgive us out dropped stitches,
As we forgive those who drop stitches against us.
And lead us not to cheap acrylic
But deliver us from synthetics.
For thine is the yarn store,
The needles, and the spindle,
Forever and ever.
